Obviously I don't use beer in the Tortilla Stack as the recipe indicates. I just use water and it still tastes great. We love to drizzle each piece with the Jalapeno Ranch Dressing made by Lighthouse. You can find it in the produce section of the grocery store. The Sweet and Sour chicken is a baked recipe and it is phenomenal. A family favorite for sure. It takes some effort, but it is delicious.
